I absolutely love this place and was very much looking forward to returning for another stay.
The home is immaculate throughout and provides a warm, comfortable, home-from-home atmosphere.
Despite being situated in a peaceful and quiet area, there are plenty of local amenities within walking distance.
Naomi is a fantastic host who is always welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, making every effort to ensure you have a wonderful stay. I’m already looking forward to staying again the next time I’m working in the area.

El alojamiento está genial, viajamos en familia(mi marido, mi peque y yo) y fue ideal para los 3, todo muy limpio y cuidado, la terracita nos encantó, fueron muy amables en todo momento y nos escribieron para avisarnos que podíamos usar las bicis y que tenían juegos de mesa, y los dvds en la habitación fue muy guay☺️ la ubicación es perfecta, a menos de 10 minutos de Burford que es precioso, y el centro de Carterton está a un par de minutos en coche y tiene de todo: supermercados, sitios para comer, parque.... aunque al lado de la casa hay un parque genial para los peques, es un barrio muy tranquilo y agradable ☺️ muchísimas gracias por todo!!!

Amazing apartment in a very quiet area.
Naomi is such a lovely host, checked everything was ok and left me some goodies :)
The whole place was immaculate, so comfortable and added bonus of a lovely garden and parking right outside.
I have stayed here before, and looking forward to staying again soon, thank you Naomi :)

Parking was good, being next to the property, but a bit small for my car, which did not fit due to a shed and concrete plant pots using up space. My car had to intrude on the footpath. The bedroom was ok and all the necessary things were in place for use, except the washing machine.
I noticed on the booking,com website that the property is described as being in Shilton, which is a small quant village with a ford about 2 miles away. This property was actually located in Carterton inside a housing urbanisation; therefore the listing was deceptive from the start, which is something booking.com should correct. The lounge, kitchen, dining room was smaller than one of my bedrooms, which meant we were a bit cramped.
