Onhygiënisch en onveilig appartement
Enkel het uitzicht en de ligging was ok.
Alles, we hadden geboekt voor 3 wolwassenen en 3 kinderen. Werkelijk hopeloos. Het stapelbed was niet bruikbaar , het was instabiel. Het zetelbed was niet bedwaardig met een dunne matras en gele vlekken op het matras, en op de kussens. Het appartement was niet schoongemaakt. Etensresten in de oven en in de kasten van de vorige huurders. Broodrooster was verroest en bevatte verbrande broodkruimels. Het bestek en glazen niet afgewassen. De tafel viel bijna uit elkaar als je eraan kwam. We hadden de 2 1persoons matrassen langs het bed op de slaapkamer op de grond gelegd voor onze kinderen. 0 comfort. Onze koffers namen de meeste vloeroppervlakte in daar de kledingkasten niet zuivergemaakt waren en dus niet bruikbaar. 1 stopcontact hing 20 cm van de grond. Het andere stopcontact hing uit de muur. Dit op de slaapkamer. De sleutelverantwoordelijke heeft ons geen rondleiding gegeven. Hij had geen tijd en had ons enkel verteld dat het deurtje van de diepvries kapot was. Ik heb rond 13u00 laten weten dat we om 15u00 aankwamen. Daar kwam geen reactie op uiteindelijk hebben we anderhalf uur voor de poort moeten wachten tot hij eindelijk aankwam, dit na herhaaldelijk te bellen zonder gehoor, uiteindelijk naar de verhuurder gebeld, en daarna stuurde hij een bericht dat hij er om 17u00 zou zijn. Na mijn klachtenmails naar de verhuurder, wilde de sleutelverantwoordelijke de problemen op ons steken. Helaas voor hem heb ik na ontvangst van de sleutels onmiddellijk de online check in gedaan met alle problemen en foto's ervan. Het appartement was totaal niet hygiënisch en veilig. Wij komen reeds enkele jaren in gassin en dit was de 1ste keer in een appartement. Volgende keer nemen wij gewoon weer een hotel. Wij hebben 1850€ betaald zodat onze kinderen op de grond konden slapen en voor totaal geen hygiëne en comfort. Er hingen zelfs nog kleren in de kleerkast van de vorige huurders. Ik heb geprobeerd van te stofzuigen, maar zelfs dat ging niet, de zuigmond zat volledig verstopt.
