Super Lage, tolle Kommunikation, ein wunderbarer Balkon, alles in der Küche was man braucht und jede Menge Platz, sehr leicht alles sehenswerte auf der Insel zu erreichen

L’appartamento era grande e pulito, con un bel terrazzo con vista sulla Maddalena e sul mare. La posizione era ottimale, dieci minuti a piedi dal centro e con la moto si raggiunge facilmente anche Caprera. La cucina era ben fornita. L’aria condizionata è stata fondamentale durante la nostra permanenza. C’era il parcheggio privato.
Piccola nota negativa: manca uno specchio in più, c’era solo il piccolo specchio del bagno.
Avremmo apprezzato un paio di rotoli di carta igienica in più dato il costo non ridotto della struttura. Ce n’erano solo due per sette giorni.

Un appartement neuf et confortable, bien équipé et surtout dans un état impeccable. Une très belle vue depuis la terrasse et bien situé.

Well functioning and well kept spacious nice apartment. We loved and lived a lot on the terrasse and the balcony. Two very silent aircons ensured nice temperature inside in living room and bedroom. 8-10 minutes walk to harbour and old town.
Thanks to the host for offering to take care of the garbage. As everywhere in Sardinia the garbage collection system is hard to figure out. We appreciate the circular economy of garbage reuse and had no problem with sorting the waste in fractions - but impossible to figure out where to leave the garbage and when.
As we were going back home from here, we left our three beach parasols in the apartment and there was one in the apartment already (bring pegs and line for extra stability on Sardinias windy beaches).
We cooked at home at some nights. The kitchen utensils could generally be upgraded. Bowls for morning cereal was missing. Corkscrew was malfunctioning. Could have wished for complimentary supply of dish washing soap and toilet paper. Complaint about a dirty floor was immediately responded to and cleaning was offered.
