Good location and it has excellent vantage point to watch sunset. Gardens and pool are well kept and food and service at bar & restaurant was very good.
Sun beds need to be upgraded and be more comfortable, also, there were not enough to go round when hotel is full of guests.

Clean, with three swimming pools. Amenities are all good.
Too far out of town (3.5km), the night scene is in town, you will have to drive in but parking is limited…

We love the location of this hotel and the layout of the pool, bars etc. The food is good and staff are lovely.
The bed was VERY hard
There needs to be a small light or night light in bathroom
It would be so nice to have tea making facilities as well as the lovely coffee machine
The sofa end of our junior suite in block 1was dark and pointless as tv was in other part of suite opposite the bed. I prefer the rooms in block 3

Fabulous location, really friendly staff and wonderful surroundings.
As other guests have said, the beds are very firm which I find uncomfortable but, my husband wasn’t as bothered as me. I had to use the summer duvet provided on top of the mattress for extra cushioning which a helped a little. The housemaid obviously noticed and the following day they seemed to have put some sort of topper on for us, which again helped a little. The discomfort could put me off of revisiting which is a real shame for something that has been reported by many other guests and otherwise would be almost a perfect stay.
