La piscina

El spa. El primer día fui con mi hijo de 12 años por la tarde y me dijeron que los niños sólo por la mañana. Al día siguiente fui con mi hijo a las 12h y me dijeron que niños sólo hasta las 11h. Al di siguiente me iba. Total que no spa.

Amabilidad del personal, ubicación e instalaciones

Parking de pago a un precio que no era de recibo. Ni siquiera se podía pagar por días. Se pagaba como un parking privado a 18€/ día, por lo que si tenias el coche 24h, y lo sacabas un rato para cenar, pagabas 36€ el día completo..

Es un hotel excelente, ubicación, servicios, amabilidad del personal, repetiremos sin duda.

Weitläufig, Strandnähe, gute Ausstattung , freundliches Personal, stets bemüht aber leider nicht fremdsprachlich begabt. Schönes Ambiente und unschlagbarer, kilometerlanger Strand. Tolle Poollandschaft. Sehr schön auch für Familien.

Fehlende Sprachkenntnisse des Rezeptionspersonals. Zumindest die Rezeption sollte verschiedene Sprachen sprechen können. Zumindest Englisch sollte drin sein. Fehlende Erklärung für das TV, den Safe, war alles nicht selbsterklärend und das Personal konnte lediglich spanisch sprechen. Man war zwar sehr freundlich und nett, aber ohne Google Übersetzer wird es schwierig. Ein wenig spanisch hilft hier weiter. Ein Mietwagen zu haben ist ein echtes Plus, Parken auf dem Hotelgelände ist unbezahlbar. Im Haupthaus finden jeden Tag sehr schöne Abendshows statt, die sehr sehenswert sind, sich aber wöchentlich wiederholen. Wer im Haupthaus wohnt, der kann vor 24:00 nicht schlafen, die Zimmertüren sind nämlich nicht schalldicht. Da würde sich eine Investition in die Bausubstanz lohnen.

Villa muy acogedora y tranquila a pie de playa Recomiendo el pack The Level que ofrece un servicio un poco màs excludivo con acceso a piscina y buffets privados y no da la sensación de que el hotel edté masificado… además ofrecen happy hour por la tarde! Las camas muy cómodas y el personal encantador Desayuno muy rico

The hotel is very poorly managed. Just three details: 1) The room was not made up even after lunch, despite the request sign from the morning. When I asked, instead of sending someone straight away, I was told that they had the task of redoing the rooms by 5pm, and therefore everything was in order. Never happened in my life! 2) Several things were missing from the room, delivered with at least two reminders and four hours late. Placing blame on the various departments. 3) In the hotel entrance hall there is a grand piano left freely available to any child. The sound echoes up to the third floor, making any afternoon rest in the room practically impossible. And I'm talking about exclusive rooms.

Las instalaciones son fabulosas y están perfectamente limpias, el acceso a la playa magnifico y TODO el personal de 10

El bullicio y exceso de gente. Más orientado a familias con niños que a huéspedes que buscan tranquilidad.
