Exceptional hospitality in the heart of Jerez The location could hardly be better: right in the historic centre of Jerez, with countless restaurants, bars and cafés within easy walking distance. At the same time, the hotel, with its beautiful courtyard, feels like a peaceful little oasis. Breakfast is particularly lovely: instead of the usual buffet, everything is served à la carte, making breakfast a wonderfully relaxed experience where you are truly looked after. What made this hotel genuinely special for us, however, were the people. Every single member of staff was exceptionally warm, attentive and helpful – far beyond what one would normally expect, even from a hotel of this standard. Very soon, the word “family” was mentioned, and that is genuinely how it felt. We spent a lot of time exploring Jerez and the surrounding area, and the team went out of their way to help us plan our days, recommend restaurants and suggest places to visit. Every single recommendation was spot on and made our stay in Jerez even more memorable. The valet parking service also works perfectly – a real advantage given the hotel’s central location in the largely traffic-restricted historic centre. You simply hand over the car and do not have to think about it again. During our stay, we also enjoyed wonderful live music in the courtyard (Julio Iglesias & Frank Sinatra), creating a very special atmosphere in the evenings. An absolute recommendation – and, above all, a heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making us feel not simply like guests, but truly welcome.

Location perfect & staff extremely friendly and restaurant recommendation for lunch was delicious! Room & ensuite beautifully decorated with extra touches to personalise stay. Dinner at T22 courtyard terrace was stunning, breakfast service was rather rushed but plenty of variety.

A recommendation for a Sauna/steam room. But nothing to dislike.
