Fabulous hotel, right by the cathedral and right next to the Gonzalo Byass winery. Lovely room with balcony and huge very comfortable bed. Bathroom was big and well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. Superb rooftop bar and pool with great views. Easy walking to good restaurants and shops. Staff at the hotel were fantastic and immensely helpful and considerate. Breakfast was great - no buffet, just waitress service where you can ask for a big range of food and drink. Would highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again.
The only thing - we had a room with a door to a connecting room, which was not properly sound proofed and the door was flimsy. So we could hear the people in the next room. I think this was only for one night so we didnt make a fuss, but the hotel seriously needs to remedy this fault. (We were in a room at the front of the hotel, virtually above the entrance). This would not stop us staying at this great hotel again, but we would not have the same room again.)

The property itself, beautifully done, and the location
Small details that are lacking for a hotel of this quality. No tissues in the room. Poor quality of tea
