Great welcome, staff at reception and bar very professional. Radio on in room on entry with tranquil music. Molton Brown brand in bathroom always loved. Lovely social spaces.

The venue and surroundings are beautiful, we went for a wedding and the space was lovely
We had a charge added to our room, told to us at checkout. When this was disputed as we had neither added breakfast or ordered room service we were told this would be removed from the bill. When we checked after checkout the card had still been charged. If you’re told that a payment will not be taken then it is unacceptable that this is done after checkout.
