Excellent location close to beautiful Porth beach. Caravan had everything you could possibly need... and more. No need to bring anything with you. It was clean and homely. Everyone on the site was friendly. Didn't use the site facilities and pool but plenty of others did.

Great caravan, loads of little extras, it was like home from home.
The only thing that would be made better is to fix outdoor seating or replace.

There is 2 toilets , and lockers key, we can find easily caravan
Outside the property there is smoking zone I seen broken benches

Double bed was comfy, For the price we paid it was ok but wouldn't return. We paid to use the indoor swimming pool which was good.
The caravan was very grubby the hob was full of old food, the carpets were dirty, the outside table is broken with rusty nails on show not safe for our young children.
The caravan had 6 insense jars and a plug-in the artificial smell was over bearing and gave us headaches. The window catches don't hold properly, we stayed during a storm and the draft was unreal.
