Top Lage zur Altstadt, zu Kaffee‘s, Restaurant‘s und für den Start unserer Fahrradtouren.

Hatten 2 Wochen extended stay gebucht.
Leider war nicht klar und konnte auch niemand sagen, wann der Tag für die Reinigung des Zimmers und der Wechsel der Handtücher ist ☹️.
Haben deshalb das Reinigungspersonal abgefangen und so frische Handtücher bekommen.
Die Reinigung des Zimmers und die Müllentsorgung war leider auch nicht korrekt. Nach einem Hinweis an der Rezeption wurde aber sofort nachgebessert 👍.

The location is very nice, with many places close to the accommodation, and my wife and I enjoyed our stay over these days. I would recommend it.
I had an issue with the reception staff at the beginning of my stay. I don’t know her name, but one of the receptionists treated me poorly, and the welcome was not good. I believe the beginning of a stay is very important, and guests should be treated with more care.
On the checkout day, however, I was very pleased with the service from the receptionist. He was very kind and professional, and I appreciated his attitude.
Unfortunately, the cleaning staff also did not meet expectations. I had to contact reception to request room cleaning because it was not done on the scheduled day.

Die Lage ist super, die Atmosphäre ist sehr weltoffen. Es gibt in der Lobby mehrere Möglichkeiten hier - öffentlich ansprechbar - am Notebook zu arbeiten oder in einer Ruheecke zu chillen. Wir hatten in diesem Hotel zu viert zwei kl. Studios jeweils mit Küchenzeile, was bei einer Woche Aufenthaltsdauer zur Selbstversorgung ausgesprochen vorteilhaft war. Es gibt ein großartig ausgestattetes Gym/Fittnessraum zur kostenlosen Benutzung 24/7. Ebenso zwei gute, viel nachgefragte Tischtennisplatten im Lobbybereich.
Nichts von Bedeutung.
