Great facility great location

Safe, secure, well maintained facility, location is easy to reach and amazing cappuccinos!!

Ants on the kitchen counters every morning and there was no food on the counter Main bathroom ran out of hot water in 3 minutes Main bed mattress worn out sagging badly in the middle

It was a long queue for check in. Staffs were there but were sitting idle other than one. So it took 40 mins to check in. Check in starts 1400 hrs. If you arrive even 10 mins before the check in time, they will say sorry, pls come after 1400 hrs. Yes, it was Clean and tidy. But other than that nothing was impressive. No WiFi in the room., when asked they said we only provide in common area like restaurant. My door lock was broken, when I told them, they couldn't repair. Sorry for the negative remarks..

Week and a Roma

Camera pulita, nuova e ben fatta...ragazza del check in gentilissima,avevamo preso una stanza senza TV perché l avevo data per scontata, e lei ci ha fatto il piacere di darci un bungalow con la TV compresa senza ulteriori spese...

Avrei preferito ci fosse anche il bidè...ma in compenso la docccia era gigante...

Für uns nicht ganz optimal

Das Personal war grundsätzlich überall freundlich, die Ressourcen und Rahmenbedingungen waren jedoch nicht so angenehm (s.u.). Kleiner, zweckmäßiger Supermarkt am Gelände, auch dort sehr freundliches Personal. Gegenüber ein großer Supermarkt, bei dem man sich gut mit Allem Möglichen eindecken kann. Zu Fuß über eine Brücke erreichbar. Grundsätzlich saubere Außenanlagen. Die Waschhäuser können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir einen eigenen Bungalow hatten.

Es gibt bei Ankunft und Schlechtwetter/Regen keine Möglichkeit, auf das Zimmer zu warten: Wir kamen morgens mit dem Flugzeug an, es goss in Strömen. Das Zimmer war noch nicht bezugsfertig, was wir wussten. Schade war aber, dass es bei der Rezeption o.ä. keinen Innenraum zum Warten gab (die Plane bei den Außen-Sitzbänken hielt dem Regen nicht stand; das Lokal am Campinggelände sperrte mittags zu). Beim Einchecken oder auch bei sonstigen Fragen an die Rezeption musste man zumeist länger warten: Es waren 1-2 Mitarbeiter vor Ort - man sah jedoch mehr MitarbeiterInnen, die trotz längerer Warteschlange in die Mittagspause gingen: Das könnte man sicherlich etwas angenehmer, und nicht so offensichtlich für die Wartenden lösen. Wir versuchten an 2 Tagen, die Rezeption tel. zu erreichen. Das war nicht möglich, wir kamen nicht durch. Das Lokal am Campinggelände fanden wir nicht besonders ansprechend - eher im Stil eines Bahnhoflokals. Es wurden sehr viele Essende abgespeist (zum Zeitpunkt unseres Essens gab es eine große Anzahl an Jugendlichen-Gruppen). Es wurde frische Pasta angepriesen, was jedoch nicht der Fall war. Schade. Wir hatten den comfortablen Bungalow gebucht. Das Loch im Boden des WCs ließ diesen Raum sehr schnell auskühlen, nachts um diese Jahreszeit nicht wirklich angenehm. Der Campingplatz ist zwar nicht wirklich weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es gibt einen Bus vor der Haustür, man muss tlw. mehrfach umsteigen. Der Zeitbedarf zum Heimkommen aus dem Zentrum hat uns tlw. ca. 1,5h gekostet. Das sollte man mitbedenken, wenn man Sightseeing machen möchte.

Не далеко от центра ! На такси 18-20 евро. Бесплатная парковка для личного транспорта! На территории отличный ресторан.

Не работала карта- ключ и пришлось брать обычный ключ от двери.

Amazing Eurocamp Equivalent.

The layout was lovely, very spacious, green and lots of shade.

We had ants in the corner of our caravan, near the shower. But not a major issue.

Pleasant

The place is beautiful and the facilities are up to standard.

They don't clean your room every day, we stayed there 4 nights and they didn't clean not even once. They don't change your towels either not even at least once. Even sanitary products were not enough.

Exceptional

This was a lovely place to stay with a fantastic vibe and great facilities. We made good use of the pool in the hot weather. Our bungalow was spacious and very comfortable. Although it is a distance from the centre of the city, obviously, there are good public transport options or you could use taxis as we sometimes did. 😀 Good restaurant on site too if you are too tired to venture further afield.

Nice Park, accommodation was good and friendly staff. The food in the restaurant and at the pool bar was nice.

Thank goodness for the pool during the Rome summer heatwave of 2023!

I liked that the accommodation had a swimming pool and budget breakfast options.. as we arrived in Rome in the middle of a heatwave.. we booked based on the price rather than the facilities as we planned to use this accommodation as a base to explore Rome.

The bus service into town isn't as regular as it is supposed to be and the buses are always overcrowded. It isn't so far away from Rome but you need to take 1 bus and 1 metro to get to the historic centre. If your flight is delayed or rescheduled and you arrive in the evening or at night.. this means you might not be able to get from the city centre to the campsite if you booked a normal Rome transfer. Id recommend booking the campsite transfer for this reason. We lost a private transfer on the way there because of flight delays and non existent public transport on a a saturday evening/ Sunday morning...but booked the camp site transfer to return to the airport. The transfer was direct, the driver was friendly and it only cost 44 euros for 3 of us door to door.

BLACK MOULD

Staff are all very friendly and helpfull.

There was black mould growing inside the air conditioner and the shower. By day 4 of our 5 day trip, 3 adults and 2 kids all became sick with symptoms of mould inhilation. Its very obvious that underneath the shower boards are not cleaned regularly and that the air con pipe must be blocked and be backed up with fluid causing mould to grow. Its very dangerous and now we are all sick.

We had a great time!

The layout of the camping is very good and everything looked well maintained.

Not much to not like except the WIFI in our rooms which was as good as non existent, so we ended up using up all our personal internet bundles. Also the staff could be a bit more international as most of them didn’t speak a word of English making it really hard to get a need across.

Perfect base for exploring Rome

We stayed in superior bungalow and was above our expectations with two bedrooms ( each having their own bathroom and air conditioner), spacious kitchen all modern and clean. Even that the kamp is big, there were always available sunbeds next to the pool. Reception open 24 hours was helpful for us for reserving taxi, renting hair dryer, etc. It is also close to big supermarket.

Internet connection is not good even in the common areas but on the other hand we came to relax from urban life

Breakfast is ok but not enough choices.The capacity of pool is not enough for huge visitors. The shower is flow not enough water from cold to hot .

Basic comforts, great location and helpful staff!

The location was excellent. Close access to bus and train services. The pool area was excellent, and the pool was a welcome oasis at the end of a day of sightseeing.

We were not informed of the fact that your units do not have kitchens, which is something we are accustomed to having when booking into holiday accommodation. Secondly, we had no house-cleaning service for our entire stay. Our unit, 409, was directly under a tree that shed tiny floral stuff. These little florets would stick to our feet and shoes as we entered our unit. We did not have a broom to sweep our floor clean, so these things got into our socks, the bed, it was just annoying. Please issue more than 2 toilet rolls to a unit when you have guests staying for a week.

No WiFi!!!

Close to public transport. Clean. Two toilets and two showers. Good breakfast. Good parking.

No WiFi in our cabin. This is a basic amenity and we did not expect to find no WiFi. Staff is not very friendly. The towels were not changed as we were told, even though we reminded the staff and followed their request to leave them out on the porch. Too many people in the pool.

Superb

Loved having access to a laundry room. It was great having the restaurant and mini Mart on site. A huge grocery store was right across the street which was nice.
