Phenomenal experience, extremely professional hospitality staffs, service from genuine heart, clean facilities, and most of all the aesthetic of the hotel is breath taking.
There's no reason to not stay in this hotel. it's in old medina but still close from the entrance no problem at all even if you have heavy luggages.
Since it's near to the historical tannery and artisans but smell of tannery never reaches to the hotel so no worries at all. panoramic view of the terrace is also amazing. I am most definitely willing to visit this riad again, highly recommend it to others too.

The hotel is situated in amongst the lanes so very convenient for shopping but very close to the tannery if the smell is an issue [did not smell inside the hotel] - arrived in car and satnav took us to an area that was full of locals and fairly intimidating - I walked up to the hotel [most people helpful on directions] and was greeted by VE~RY nice staff and one came down with me to negotiate a parking spot! All a little sketchy but we left the car and it was still there when we left!
The hotel is beautiful inside and very boutique styled with a lovely atmosphere. The owner was lovely and very knowledgable as was the main guy Mahdi he was always available for help or advise, as were all the staff to be honest.
Overall I would say it is a lovely hotel and would stay there again
