Exceptional location; stone throw distance from the car park and easy to access from Madina! Ish treats you like his personal guest and is omni available! He would guide you and provide you all what you need. He will cook you an amazing breakfast, with eggs prepared in traditional Morrocan style! He makes all the difference between a Riad being a business as against it having a family like atmosphere! Exceptional service! Spacious and comfy bedrooms.
Given the unique historical architecture of a typical Riad, external noise can be an issue. Similarly people on the outside would be able to hear what goes on inside. However this would be the issue with any Riad built in a traditional way.

Beautiful property - great position close to lots of interesting markets and great restaurants.
Moved room after first night and was a totally different experience from first room.
Messaged property 3 times prior to arrival - no responses.
Arrived around 7pm exhausted.
Staff requested payment in cash despite email advising credit card payment ok. Told the email was ‘a mistake’
Given room which was ok but shower head not attached to wall, water only luke warm.
Kept awake by something inside the aircon system directly above bed - possibly a bird.
Told staff at breakfast and moved to another room. The new room was exceptional! High ceilings, authentic, hot water, cleaner and all in working order. Unclear why we were allocated such a poor room for the first night.
If given the room on first floor which overlooks the dining area - ask for a change to better room.

A beautiful riad, with lovely and attentive staff!
There is very little difference between the rooms, considering the discrepancy in prices. It’s best to book the cheapest room—the quality will be similar to the most expensive listed room.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay there as they had double booked our room, hence the neutral review.
The staff double booked our room and moved us to another hotel with no explanation or communication. They then wanted us to move after the first night back to the original hotel. The replacement hotel was fine but the treatment was poor.
