About this villa rental
This stunning luxury villa is the perfect retreat for families looking for a peaceful escape with breathtaking sea views. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the villa boasts 3 beautiful bedrooms, including two double rooms (180x200 cm and 140x200 cm), a bedroom with a bunk bed, and an office space. The house features a large 8x4m private pool, outdoor parking, and a private garden, along with multiple terraces from which guests can enjoy al fresco breakfasts while overlooking the stunning bay. The property is located in a quiet residential area, just 3km from Canyelles beach and 5km from the lively town center of Lloret de Mar.
Guests can enjoy numerous nearby attractions, including Cala Canyelles, a beautiful cove known for its crystal-clear waters, where they can rent parasols, sun loungers, pedal boats, and even engage in water sports like parasailing and water skiing. The surrounding area offers great dining options, where you can savor Mediterranean specialties like fresh fish and paella. Just a short drive away, the historic town of Tossa de Mar offers a medieval castle, charming beaches, and an array of excellent restaurants to explore.
Inside the villa, the spacious living areas are spread over three floors, with two internal staircases. The modern kitchen, complete with a large island and breakfast corner, is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The house also includes one bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
