Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach blankets and towels are available for local beaches. Interested guests with physical limitations for stairs should note that the private entrance, tiny kitchette, bathroom, beach closet and hallway are on the first floor, The sitting area and bedroom are on the 2nd floor which make them more cozy and quiet but require several stairs (see photo please).

It was extremely nice in all aspects. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed to have a great stay. Beth’s communication was very good and checkout was simple and seamless. We will definitely stay here again!

I very much enjoyed staying at this Newbury country property. It provided the peaceful atmosphere that I was seeking. The upstairs room was large, with a comfortable bed, a sofa, and a lounge chair with ottoman. The walls were lined with bookshelves stocked with many reading choices. There were sufficient charging connections for devices. The small but adequate bathroom is on the lower level, along with a small refrigerator that stores ample supplies, and a small microwave. These were quite sufficient for storing and heating prepared meals and take-out. Beth, the hostess, couldn't have been more agreeable. We discovered we share a garden interest which led to many related conversations. She offers her large deck as a place for clients to relax. I plan to return next year.

Beth is a kind, gracious, and helpful host! The accommodations are very clean, comfortable, and complete with all a guest could need. Her home is located in a pleasant wooded area which is very attractive. Beth has a pretty garden off her deck in the back. This is a very relaxing place to spend some quiet time! My wife and zi highly recommend this host and lodging! This was our second stay,

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 1 year and it was so amazing! It was the perfect size for just us 2. It was super cozy and very home like. I would 100% stay here again!
