Linen/towel rentals are NOT available for this location. Guests MUST bring their own.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.

This property was a wonderful fit for our group. It was large enough to contain all of us (8) and other guests, who were staying elsewhere locally, for meals and extended visits. The house was clean and well presented. Check-in and checkout were smooth and seamless. The kitchen was large and well appointed. It supported several of us cooking together without running all over each other. The elevator was a prime reason that we chose this rental, as all of us are at differing levels of physical abilities and it was perfect. The views and access to the beach were amazing. It was so nice and quiet yet close enough for groceries, restaurants, and local attractions.I would rent this property again for my next vacation.

This is a beautiful home with amazing views of both the bay and the marsh. The sunrises and sunsets were phenomenal, and we loved watching the dolphins swim by each morning. There are several decks and an enclosed porch where you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet that this home has to offer. The open layout on the main level of the house was very welcoming and had enough seating for large families or groups. The home is well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as games, books and beach gear. The ping pong table was a fun bonus! We did notice that some of the areas of the house could have been cleaned a little better--the showers and toilets were not as clean as we would have liked and the refrigerator was a little dirty as well. It would have been helpful to have more detailed information regarding which door had the key pad as it took us a few minutes to figure that out. The property management company was very responsive when we reached out with concerns about not being able to lock the front door. He told us that the home had a hurricane lock and explained what we needed to do to lock it. Perhaps that information can be added to the house info as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this home.
