The property was clean. The aircon and wifi was functioning well. It is within the city but away from busy streets. Good value for money.
There was a time when the water from the faucet had a rusty color for a few hours.

The staff were very responsive, respectful and helpful.
The location was far from the city center but tricycles are always available and nearby. If you had a car then it's fine.
There were a lot of ants and a couple of house lizards and even a small frog.
