The room was clean, and super comfortable with lots of storage space available.

it was cost effective and comfy nights sleep - close to town i.e the cascade for food and shopping and a bus to the festival
cleaners on Sunday trying to get in to my daughters room on floor 7 at 08:30 when she was asleep and not clothed. that upset her as she wanted to wake up on her terms.

The rooms are spacious, the common area at the reception was also cool and comfortable
I liked the property but I would’ve appreciated if the booking came with access to the kitchen, aside that I really like the property.

The bed was comfortable. The view good. It was close to the hotel where my clients were staying which hadn't availability for the one night I needed.
For the price paid, I expected to be given tea/coffee/etc. All that was there was a kettle.
Expected to take out our own rubbish and no use of the kitchen.
It was possible to hear people in the adjoining room.
