The location was perfect for us. We have family within walking distance and was a 15 minute drive from the Victorious festival.
The apartment was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a self sufficient weekend break. The decor is lovely, and the kitchen and bathroom are well finished and the addition of a toaster, microwave, kettle, pots/pans, cutlery, cups/glasses, tea/coffee/sugar sachets etc made cooking really easy and accessible.
Carrie-Ann made contact several times prior to the stay and during, which made check in and check out really simple. There were also offers from Carrie-Ann to check in and see if we needed anything during our stay. We felt very welcome and couldn't have asked for better hosts. Thank you.
Not a lot. The apartment just needs a little TLC, there was a musty smell (an old building so this could be something that is assosiated with the building rather than the room), an upgrade is needed for the toilet seat and the radiator needs to be resecured to the wall. Minor issues that didn't affect the enjoyment of the weekend.

It was clean and had everything you need there for a short stay
It was either really cold or really warm with the heating on quite difficult to get it at the right temperature! The shower was broke when I arrived the shower head wouldn’t stay up on the pole but other than that nothing to complain about at all
