Roy was absolutely amazing! We kept in touch and he gave in depth instructions on the keys. The whole house was emmaculate, spacious and the attention to detail was outstanding! We (Acrobranch Management) will definately be booking this The Fig Tree House again on our next visit to KZN!
The only thing that we could find that was not so great is the geyser was only hot enough for 2 people to shower. We were 5 people in the home and that was a small issue. We could not finnd a way to boost the geyser manually as after 2 showers it showed the water temp at 19 degrees. But even with this small thing we will be back to The Fig Tree House.
