Posizione ottima, in una delle vie più frequentate alla sera (chiusa al traffico dalle 19 alle 23) e a 5 minuti a piedi dal lungomare.
La camera non è grandissima ma molto confortevole e soprattutto pulita. Il bagno piccolo ma curato e funzionale.
Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha fatto lasciare le valige nella hall anche prima del check-in ed inoltre ci ha portato più volte gratuitamente delle bevande fresche.
Unica pecca della camera è stata la mancanza di un armadio. C'era solo una piccola scrivania.

First of all, rooms are very small, though. not a lot of room to unpack, rather cramped, but sufficient; it had its own bathroom, while cramped was clean and modern: this is not an accessible property by any means. There are two flights of stairs to get to the landing where the rooms are, and another huge flight to the terrace where breakfast is served, if you are lucky enough to reserve through a site that offers it. Breakfast was lovely, fancy, copious: and served on the rooftop 'terrace' in the open air with 'ombrelloni' for shade (the earlier, the better). I had stayed at a boutique hotel the night before, with a full-service restaurant and wait staff, and it didn't compare to the quality and charm of what the ladies here served up (a family run B&B, the proprietress and two daughters; I can't recall all their names but they were absolutely lovely; then I arrived, I was immediately serves with s cold soft drink and bottled water on a tray. They also called me a cab so I could get to the airport early). I would stay there again simply because the expectations are clear: I know what I will be getting and how I will be treated, that is always noie. I stayed at another big hotel in Durres just before, and despite the drastic downgrade in the size of the accommodations, I would stay here again.
I looked out onto the street and some asshole was cruising back and forth one night mast midnight on a motorbike, revving and whooping. There is nothing on this website that prepares you for the physical reality of the premises, though, which are spartan, and not as luxurious as they appear in the pictures.
