A beautiful room with a modern and stylish design. The bed was very comfortable, with soft and comfortable pillows. The room looked exactly like the pictures I saw on Booking.com, which was a pleasant surprise.
One of the main drawbacks was not having anyone physically present in the building, such as a manager or receptionist. There was also no daily housekeeping service.
The area outside the main building was quite dirty and untidy, mainly due to ongoing construction work in the shops underneath the building. Unfortunately, the inside of the building, including the elevator and the floors from the ground floor to the third floor, was also not very clean. I understand that the condition of the common areas may be the responsibility of the building management rather than PS Via Mare Suites, but it nevertheless creates an unpleasant first impression and affects the overall experience.
Noise was another issue during my stay. Some guests were using the jacuzzi for several hours after midnight, while there was also loud arguing on the phone in another room. Better control of noise during late hours would make the stay much more comfortable.
Finally, the air freshener in the room was quite strong. Although the room smelled pleasant, I personally found it uncomfortable because of my sensitivity to strong fragrances. It would be better if guests could choose whether or not to have an air freshener in the room, as continuously breathing artificial fragrances may be uncomfortable for some people.

It was so clean and very beautiful, my favourite spot was the hot tub. The host was also very helpful and very responsive. The location was just perfect as it’s by the beach and a lot of shops and even restaurants around including kfc where you could get a fast meal.

Posizione centralissima comoda a tutti i locali nei dintorni e pochi metri dal pittoresco lungomare, suite di estrema classe. La Jacuzzi è davvero un valore aggiunto. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la disponibilità dello staff, che in pochissimo tempo ha risolto un problema che avevamo riscontrato e a cui si sono subito dedicati con prontezza. La suite è dotata di ottima insonorizzazione che la isola da quelle adiacenti, sarebbe molto interessante fornire un servizio di colazione e un rotolo di carta igienica aggiuntivo.
