The apartment was in an excellent location, the lady we dealt with was lovely and helpful. Making it possible to check out late which we really appreciated.
As ideal as the location was this of course meant that being right in hub it was very noisy. Late at night and from 5am onwards the street was awake as the businesses opened. We did struggle to sleep but as I said I guess this is to be expected and we were glad to be in that location. As lovely as the apartment was the only two things that we struggled with was comfort. Both the double bed mattress and the sofa were not very comfortable. After a long day walking we just wanted to collapse onto a comfy sofa and bed. For four people an extra chair in the living room and a comfy sofa would have been great.

The proximity to restaurants, the Vatican City and tourist sites was amazing!! We loved the large selection of restaurants right outside the door!
The late night and early morning noise from the street was more than expected.

Location was fabulous right in the centre with easy access to everything.
The apartment is beautiful and traditional with everything you could need.
It was extremely hot weather when we stayed so either needed air con on or windows open at night to sleep comfortably , the street noise at night til around 1am made it a hard to keep windows open and the air con could do with an upgrade.

Location was good. The main door lock is very reassuring in safety. Host was reachable. And took into consideration the aircon issue. At least quite responsible.
The upkeep of the premise. Aircon not working/leaking. Beds in the master bedroom creaking and too bouncy. One shower toilet is too small.. no elevator so got to lug luggage up the stairs. Quite challenging for seniors.
