The view over all and the staff are all approachable. The fireplace is good 😊
The water 💦 due to the tank were not filled immediately but they were able to fix it. The lights were good but maybe they can add white lights and I find the electricity odd maybe because of the fluctuating and the kettle it takes some time to boil.

The room has s great design. The right place to relax & unwind .
No hot water, need to improve customer service except Ate Liza she's more service oriented and very helpful with guest along with the skinny receptionist/Cashier.
I just feel disappointed when I have to follow up 4x to light up the bon fire, wherein Ate Liza told me that someone will lighten it around 6pm, but no body came, around 6:30 pm when we had dinner I reminded them again and then one crew ( guy) said he will light up after. After our dinner and before going back to room I reminded again and the girl ( chubby) reception told me that after food delivery in the other room they will go straight to our room to lighten the bon fire, but still no one come, until 8 pm, then I let my husband to to go up but before that I already sent message to them. The place isn't busy since dining area was already closed at 6 pm. Employes must know their duties &:responsibilities. No need to remind what to do specially if the room is booked.
