Very good tasting food. Pls ensure that meat is tender enough for elderly with bad teeth hehe accepted early checkin

Cleanliness and the accommodating staff.
We had to walk far to reach the boat terminal. Since there is no jeepney available that time. Expect limited transpo outside as well. But overall stay was good. It is also my first time to ride a boat.

- easy to speak with jem/jam(?) she was always ao accommodating with all my queries and requesta.

I think our stay was okay. I just have a few feedback which i want to give as something that will encourage the property to improve in some processes.
ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN
Arrival is good. Rooms were available so there was not much waiting time.
ROOMS
The hotel room is a bit dated. I don't like staying in small rooms and being a hotelier myself, i expect a lot from the properties i stay in.
The Suites were a refreshing sight having coming from the hotel room. As you know i upgraded both rooms to suite rooms. My mom's room was well prepares and thanks for that. However, in my room the TV was not plugged (power source and cable) and obviously not set up properly. We had to set it up ourselves only to find out the TV is not working well. We reported it twice, the first time, they said the battery of the remote was just loose so they just adjusted it and gave it back to us. The second time, they finally said 'pagpasira na po ang tv ganyan po talaga, yung controls nagkakadefect na.' And the same lady who checked it the first time said it! A simple apology would have sufficed. Disappointing.
EXTRA DINNER ORDER
I am not sure if you remember but i advised for an extra order for dinner. Instead of getting 6 food packs, Only 5 were delivered. i had to call back reception only to find out that they sent it to another room (who claims they also ordered an extra food pack). I would have appreciated it if they were proactive enough to call me ahead instead of me calling to find out for myself.
FIRST AID ASSISTANCE
My mom had an accident in the small zipline area. Medic was quite fast to respond and treated my mom. However, knowing that she fell off from the zipline, he did not probe further if she feels anything else other than the injury. being in her 60s, i want to make sure that the places we go to are safe. I would have thought he'd ask if she feels anything hurting upon the fall.
