This wasn’t my first time at Seda BGC. I have always loved the service and amenities here. Food is really good too.

The airport transfer from thai port. The driver Victorino Lumandas did not show up. I had to hire a taxi to go to the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and one of the highlights was the excellent service from Kurt. He cleans the room very well, always making sure everything is spotless, organized, and comfortable for us. He is also very kind, attentive, and approachable, always checking if we needed anything during our stay. His positive attitude and professionalism really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Service like his truly makes a big difference in the overall hotel experience. Thank you, Kurt, for your outstanding hospitality!
There were also several things we did not enjoy during our stay. The biggest issue was the very poor internet connection. From the first day we arrived, this was already our main concern. Since we specifically booked a hotel in BGC, we expected fast and reliable internet, especially in such a prime area, but unfortunately the WiFi was extremely weak and inconsistent throughout our stay.
The reception area was also always crowded and chaotic. The check-in process felt poorly managed, and the staff at the reception seemed a bit slow in attending to guests. After a tiring flight, we were also approached by agents offering properties while we were exhausted and just wanted to rest, which made the arrival experience uncomfortable.
Breakfast time was another stressful experience because of the heavy crowd and long waiting times. The food selection was limited, repetitive, and not very impressive. Some of the food was also too oily.
The bed was not comfortable as well. We kept waking up with body pain and back pain during our stay, which affected our rest and sleep quality.
Overall, while we truly appreciated the kindness and hard work of Kurt, there are still many areas the hotel needs to improve, especially the internet service, reception management, comfort of the beds, and breakfast experienced.
