Maison typique à 2 pas du centre de Modica et au calme. Bien équipée et confortable. Hote adorable. A savoir, la maison est sur 2 etages et il y a un escalier à monter depuis la rue. Meilleure pizza du monde à 100m!

polozenie, latwosc dostepu do parkingu. latwy dostep do wielu atrakcji. Mozliwosc korzystania wypozazenia domu. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy.
Bardz, ale to bardzo, podstawowe wyposazenie kuchi. Brak nozy kuchennych, np. do krojenia chleba, Dom awizowany na piec osob, ale dwie osoby moga spac w dobrych warunkach, dwie w ledwie znosnych - calkowity brak klimatyzacji, jedna osoba w pomieszczeniu gospodarczym przerobionym na "miejsce do spania". Brak normalnych filizanek. Bardzo slabe WI-FI. Niekompletne wyposazenie w naczynia kuchenne, talerze, miseczki itd. Miejsce na dwie, trzy noce OK. Dluzej to wymaga ekwelibrystycznych umiejetnosci logistycznych. Drzwi, zaluzje balkonowe w zlym stanie - calkowicie zaniedbane i nie do konca sprawne. Zaslona w lazience "nie pierwszej" czystosci. Generalne wrazenie, ot takie na slabe 3+
