Mitarbeiter freundlich, Lage direkt am Strand -wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge und ruhig, der Pool war schön und halb überdacht, es gab genug Liegen und einige Schattenplätze
Wir haben zunächst ein falsches Zimmer bekommen (Doppelzimmer statt Suite), nach Rückfrage haben wir die Suite erhalten, diese wurde wohl aber vorher nicht mehr gereinigt. In der Suite führte eine Treppe auf eine unfertige, dreckige Dachterasse. Insgesamt wirkte die gesamte Anlage etwas unfertig und es fanden noch Bauarbeiten statt.
Abends kamen immer viele große Ameisen aus den Holzmöbeln. Uns wurde daraufhin ein anderes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss angeboten. Da wir dieses nicht angenommen haben, können wir nicht beurteilen, ob es dort besser gewesen wäre.
Die An- und Abreise führt über eine unbefestigte steile Sandsteinstraße. Als wir bei Abreise um ein Taxi gebeten haben, war dies leider nicht möglich, da die Rezeptionistin keinen Empfang hatte. Es wurde nach keiner Lösung gesucht und wir finden es enttäuschend, dass es kein funktionierendes Telefon an der Rezeption gab.

El hotel es precioso. Está aislado, a unos pasos de playa mermejita y, aunque parecería difícil llegar a él, es un plus su ubicación tranquila. Quienes atienden son muy amables y ordenadas, no tenemos ninguna queja. La alberca muy bien, los cuartos cómodos, las bebidas ricas, todo estuvo muy bien

El alojamiento está súper bonito y agradable!!! La playa que está a 5 minutos caminando está preciosa!
En la primer habitación que nos dieron no enfriaba el aire acondicionado.

The pool is nice and the beds are comfortable. The air conditionning works well.
Really far from the Town center of Mazunte. The hôtel is overpriced for what it is. No breakfast is included. There’s no restaurant near. The towels were spotted. Very disappointed.
