Good location, 5 mins walk to E&C tube station, 50 min walk to Piccadilly Circus, 15 min walk to Borough market. Wetherspoons 2-3 mins away. Shared kitchen has everything you need. Cheap & cheerful. You get what you pay for!

The property was very close to all the buses and tubes / restaurants and cafes and shops. The bed was extremely comfortable after a busy day in London. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Room has towels and bathroom has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner already supplied so no need to bring your own. The owner was amazing, very informative on how to get in and directions to the property they were also on hand when I ever messaged them I had a message back pretty much straight away.
It's lovely and quiet from the noise that could be outside but the doors from the other guests make a loud bang when they enter the bathroom / kitchen / their own room. Other than that I would 100% stay here again but just bring ear plugs incase you're a light sleeper

Location is great. A few minutes walk to the Elephant and castle underground. Wetherspoons around the corner for the cheapest breakfast ever (with unlimited coffee - see photo). Borough market about 20 minutes walk down the road. Information sent by host was easy to follow. Comfortable bed. It’s shabby but I found it to be clean. Still good value in my opinion. And I would stay here again.
As others have mentioned, there are three bedrooms in the property and shared kitchen and bathroom. So you may have to wait for a little while to go and have a shower. This is clearly mentioned that the facilities are shared, and for this price and location it is a good deal, but not for those who are fussy about sharing spaces with strangers.

Abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi
Siamo arrivate ad agosto e c’era il riscaldamento acceso perchè stavano asciugando le lenzuola! La camera per quello che costa é ok!
Una sera siamo rimaste chiuse dentro e nessuno ci ha detto come fare, a tentativi siamo riusciti
Molto rumoroso e poco insonorizzato.
Credo sia una casa studentesca, affittata in estate a turisti ! Probabilmente uno degli studenti era presente e la sera si é fatto da mangiare lasciando tutta la cucina sporca, meno male che avevamo già cenato
