Location - A* for stunning views, open, green spaces and a quiet, friendly area. Functional lift. The flat is a spacious split level, not very modern but good value for money. Has a balcony. Comfortable beds and sofa, well equipped kitchen.
Great response from the host - Alex was great at handling minor technical issues we experienced, really good communication.
Should have a choice between blanket and duvet, as it can be hot under the duvet in August, however, had a fan in all rooms, including the living room.
It was really hard to set adequate heat of water in the shower, kept going cold or extremely hot. Possible, but it took a while.
Electrical installation needs improving, as one of the sockets in the living room was loose, and when attempted to use the extension lead provided, the lead got overloaded having 2 phone chargers connected at the same time, sparks flying, we had to stop using it.
Other sockets in the property were fine.
Could be pet-friendly.

The property is in the middle of london, right next to a bus stop so everything is available easily
It was a little smaller than expected but still fit 6 people comfortably

Location is very good
A bit old. Water taking bath is not such consistent temperature. Sometimes very hot. Sometimes very cold. Difficult to adjust

Quiet, well-located and well-connected.
It lacked cleanliness, the facilities were somewhat worn, and it wasn't spacious enough for a group of 8 people as the ad indicated.
