The accommodation was clean and comfortable for our group of three adults. We enjoyed having a full, newly renovated kitchen to prepare meals so we didn't have to eat out every meal. It was nice relaxing on the patio in the evening and being visited by a cute wild bunny. Having two bathrooms was an additional convenience.
The location was walking distance to a small but interesting beach where my daughter found some seaglass, and we witnessed a beautiful sunset.
The house is a 20 minute drive from Salisbury Beach which is larger and staffed with life guards.
The host was very easy to communicate with and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking.
We liked everything.

Easy to communicate with the host and great indoor and outdoor space. House was very well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, etc and it was incredibly comfortable.
No complaints. We had a great stay!

It was a clean ,comfortable space. The decor was modern and attractive .
There were two parking spaces.
Nearby beach area is not suitable for swimming.the mouth of Merrimack River better suited for cast fishing .
The exterior was untidy.
The check-in time is 4 with check out at 10 am . Too short and not good value at over five hundred dollars a night with cleaning and admin fees. After the booking is confirmed , a rental agreement with terms stating additional fees for circumstances must be signed before access code is provided.
