Fairly good.

It’s near the beach.

The air condition is only in the bedrooms. Living room and kitchen is hot especially in the afternoon. The ceiling fan is not enough. Also needs new pillows.

Met our expectations and super clean

Super clean and layout felt spacious enough for the three of us. Loved that it was just a block to the beach and the boulevard.

The master bed was quite uncomfortable. I actually opted to sleep with my son in the bottom bunk cause it felt sturdier on my back. Also the living room coach isn’t that comfortable for kicking back and watching a show at the end of a long day.
