The property was immaculate, well appointed with appliances, TV’s and housewares in the kitchen. The backyard with the pool and the hot tub were great and the sand area with horseshoes, badminton etc really took the place to next level for a family to enjoy the evenings. The fire pit, grill and ping pong table were great too. Having laundry on site PLUS the house supplying really nice beach towels was also an amazing plus.
The only drawback- and I mean the only one- was there is no bathroom on the bottom level of the house, so you have to go upstairs out of the pool. With kids, we were afraid of getting everything wet/sandy at times, but there were brooms/sweepers and an outside shower that made that not a huge deal. The property is basically perfect.
