Amazing. 10/10

This property was clean and had all amenities! The location was perfect and close to the train line that wasn’t crowded. Staff were friendly and available at all times and even messaged to offer recommendations. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Only thing I found frustrating was the quality of the pillows, they were really hard.

Great for my 3 night stay. I’d happily book again.

It’s a great option for a reasonably priced stay in an excellent location. There are lots of different types of rooms - I stayed in the larger ‘residence room’ but they’re all well appointed and reasonably priced for the area. Omotesando is a favorite location to stay. Good value.

Later checkout would have been good - but I worked out later (it wasn’t explained but should be!) that they have a check in-out lounge. So - I stored my bags and collected them after a day exploring Omotesando. Can’t complain!
