Accomodation was very clean and comfortable. Roy was excellent at communicating and keeping me informed on access code, entry and exit times. Facilities were good, maybe a little smaller than I was expecting, however, it was comfortable. Dog toys, bowls and kibble was a bonus that my puppies enjoyed. Only negative, the strip of fake grass was obviously a toilet for the many pets that stayed before us and we could tell by the smell whilst enjoying the courtyard. Only drawback to the place. Everything else was very comfortable and clean. Thank you Roy for a comfortable stay.

The room was beautiful upon arrival, very clean and inviting. It has been thoroughly thought out as we found the room had everything and more for our stay. I travelled with my dog and there were treats for him upon arrival, there was access to toys, bowls, water etc. Right across the road (approximately 15 steps away) was a lakeview walk and beautiful trees and areas to take my dog for their business and leisurely scenery walk. Communication with the owner was clear, concise and well organised. Value for money also and a very peaceful, quiet and private area but also close enough for a short drive to everything Yamba has to offer. Cannot recommend enough
