Comfortable and clean . Nicely decorated. Great position near station and South St for eating. Free easy parking. Quiet unit. Good lift.

Good location. Close to the train station and eateries. Building seemed secure. The kitchen seemed ok, not too old.
Quite run down in places. We booked for 3 but there were only 2 old scraggy towels supplied. The place needed a good clean, the floor was sticky and dirty, a disappointment. The apartment lacked good heating or aircon. We stayed during winter and with only one small portable fan heater, it was the cold 1970’s all over again. In the bedroom there was only an electric blanket but lack of powerpoints meant we could only turn on one side of the blanket. Advertised washing machine was a dirty shared laundry room next to the elevator.
