Hôtel très bien situé. Il est facile de se déplacer à pied ou de prendre un taxi.
L’accueil est très chaleureux. Nous avons reçu de très bons conseils pour visiter la ville.
Le personnel nous a aidé a organiser nos visites (chauffeur et guide)
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis tres bien

We arrived late at night due to our flight being delayed and were welcomed by a young man who had stayed up waiting for us, he clearly needed to sleep however he was lovely to us. The room was lovely. There is no restaurant or breakfast area but breakfast was served and brought to our room at a time of our choice. I chatted to Yossef at reception after breakfast and he was very helpful and suggested an itinerary without pressurising us to do anything in any way. I even contacted him after we had left for help with a guided excursion. Our stay here was a welcomed friendly introduction to Cairo. We are grateful, thank you.
Some of the cheese with breakfast was a bit uneatable. Our room was really lovely, with two big beds, however it left a reasonably small amount of floor space had we stayed there for more than one night. It was noisy outside due to the neighbourhood, however I sleep with earplugs anyway and so it didn’t bother me.

Staff: the staff in Crown Home were really kind. They always kept asking if I need anything.
The hotel is pretty old. I would say “you got what you paid”
I cannot really close the door of toilet.
