I am an American female solo traveler, first time in India. I felt very comfortable at this property and location. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, as were the local people in the area, and I even made some friends who showed me around one day! Even though I do not speak the language, every one at the property was very kind, patient and helpful. The location is great too, right near many shops, a laundromat, and eating spots, as well as the train station and bus stands and it was very easy to get a cab whenever I needed one. I felt very safe walking around at night alone and people offered to help me all the time. I extended my stay a few days, I enjoyed it that much. The property is very clean, and has ample parking for guests. I will be back to Vellore and will most certainly stay at this place. 10/10!
