The location was in a small peaceful housing complex, close to 9-hole golf course and on the edge of the small, well to do town of Banchory. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were on the ground floor and the living room and kitchen on the first floor. The elevated living room and balcony took advantage of the view across the nearby mountains.
The house was well equipped and contained a fridge, freezer, dish washer magnetron and washing machine. There were no tea towels to dry the dishes, only a roll of paper kitchen towel.
The water pressure and hot water in the showers and taps was good, however, for 3 golfers it would have been nice to have more than one shower towel and small towel each for 6 nights. In the en-suite bathroom there was little room to place washing accessories, etc.
The above are minor issues but would help to improve the stay.

Clean and comfortable house, ideal for two couples. Plentiful parking, well equipped kitchen, large lounge area, 2 bathrooms, lovely outlook, supermarkets nearby.
