Great location. Very well appointed room with welcoming touches of snacks and water. Bed was very comfortable.
No a/c, though I am sure the provided fan would have been adequate except for the unseasonably warm weather Italy had this summer.

Appartamento senza brutte sorprese, tutto
come descritto dalle recensioni .Completo di tutto quello che occorre per una breve vacanza . A due passi "letterali" da Piazza Grande . Inoltre è molto silenzioso e nonostante non ci sia l'aria condizionata , con l'utilizzo di un ventilatore , si sta benissimo. Trovata colazione e snack e capsule per macchina del caffè per due giorni. Che dire ,ottima accoglienza. Fatto check-in e checkout in autonomia, l' Host è molto ricettivo ( Signora Stefania)risponde subito ai messaggi . Lo consiglio sicuramente.
P.S. Riguardo alla città di Arezzo dico solo che è eccezionale
