Very helpful and friendly staff and security. I had so many friends and family visit my son and I as we came for holidays from overseas and the staff were very understanding, just warms my heart we are true melanesians. Thank you all
Just the checkin was so inconvenient as we had to drive to another hotel, obviously the headquarters to check-in amd make payment before driving back to the apartments to get our key. So no direct check-in. Hope this changes for future bookings and guests.

Everything you need for a home away from home stay experience.
The washing machine had laundry water left and gave off such a bad smell. Had to wash twice with detergent to remove the bad smell.
The body wash liquid too was empty.
