Ive enjoyed my stay it was nice and quite in our room i wanted more days

I Liked everything about the room, space and the cleanness the view of the window it was good the beauty of the bathroom and cleanness its a very warm space to be at the morning voices watching people over the window its breath taking

The side tables were warbling we end up breaking the bowl and there is no dish cloth and the mop is not proper the shower was Slippery need a met in and out of the shower

0/10 the apartment was not cleaned I found cigarette ashes, dirty towel and beddings that smells 🤮

The apartment was not clean upon my arrival. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the bedding had an unpleasant body odor. There was only one towel provided, and it smelled of sweat. I also found cigarette ash in the room, and there was dust throughout the apartment. I attempted to contact the host regarding these issues, but my messages were ignored. In addition, there was no toilet paper available, so I had to go out and purchase my own supplies. The listing also advertised Wi-Fi, but there was no working internet connection. As a result, I was unable to work properly and had to purchase mobile data to connect my laptop the securities tried to assist me even though they're not supposed to... I have asthma and avoid environments exposed to cigarette smoke because they pose a serious health risk to me. After spending the night in the apartment, I woke up with severe chest congestion and difficulty breathing due to the strong smell of smoke and the unclean conditions. Given the unacceptable state of the accommodation, the lack of basic amenities, and the health risk I was exposed to, I am formally requesting a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider pursuing legal action regarding the health and safety concerns associated with this stay

Dissatisfied and disappointing

The apartment looks the same as on the pictures

The place has cockroaches, utensils not enough, I was charged extra for cleaning fee but the apartment was never cleaned during our stay, instead the email from the host stated that we should take the trash out when checking out. We were provided with only two bath towels for the entire stay, no handtowels or extra towels. The host, Luke, doesn't seem to care at all about the guests 🙄 no communication to ensure the comfortable stay of guests, so disappointing. TV did not work though connected to the wifi, I tried informing him but he did nothing to assist. Frustration with the parking because we had a rented car. Last but not least, that area of town is so noisy at night, you can't sleep properly. I didn't enjoy our stay at all.

The locality to the station, trendy areas of the CBD and grocery shops is excellent. It is extremely safe to walk in summer to all the venues and general walk within a 5km radius. Great venue if you want to experience the city life.

The residual music from evening venues echo and light / early sleepers will find difficult - double glazed windows needed. Bedside lamp needed and overall room lights excessive without dimming control
