The rooms are big enough
Flies, even in the swimming pool,We were suppose to check in @ 15h00 but we entered the chalet @ 18h00 cause the chalet was not ready nd there were flies everywhere

The space of the our Apartment Cape Town was so clean accommodate us all,the a toilet where clean.
The pools were clean,the owner miss Bianca was so sweet with a warm welcome🤗🤗🤗🤗

What I Liked About Falcon Lodge
I really enjoyed my stay at Falcon Lodge. Our chalet, Nkandla, was clean, neat, and comfortable, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The lodge has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the surroundings were beautiful.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Falcon Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
What I Didn't Like About Falcon Lodge
Although we enjoyed our stay, there were several issues that need attention.
The shower tap in our Nkandla 12-sleeper chalet was not working properly, resulting in very poor water pressure.
The shower drain was blocked, so the water did not drain while we were showering.
There was only one geyser serving the entire 12-sleeper chalet. It only provided enough hot water for about four people, while the rest had to shower with cold water.
Guests are expected to count every item in the kitchen, including glasses, bowls, and cups, before checking in. We were told at checkout that a bowl was missing, even though we did not break or take anything. We were then charged R50 for a bowl that would normally cost around R12 in a supermarket. We felt this was unfair.
The heated swimming pool was very cold. We were only informed later that there was a fault with the heating system, so we could not enjoy it as advertised.
Overall, we had a good time, but these issues affected our experience. We hope management addresses them to improve future guests' stays.
