Clean property and suitable for a 1 night stay, living space very minimal. Bedrooms good and beds comfy. Short distance from tube station and easy to get to Wembley.
I had been having problems with the online portal and i sent many messages asking for early check in and they asked me if i was happy for the early check in payment to be taken from my card to which i agreed to, then i was contacted as we arrived in euston to be told early check in was not possible ! This was a group booking and we really felt let down and we had planned so much around our early check in, however this massively messed things up, they stated that we could take our bags to the property and leave them in the lounge which we did , the cleaners were already in the property and looked like they had not been there for long, so why was the property not cleaned sooner knowing we had asked for early check after many many messages requesting this. The first bedroom shower had a crack in the tray and water was leaking into the hall despite us not using that bedroom or shower. So having only 2 showers to use between 6 people was a little troublesome. The entrance to the property had no lighting and steps down to the property were a little unevern in places so could be a little dangerous if checking in after dark. There was some discrepancy on checking out instructions on portal and booking.com app.
