An impressive and well-loved family home in an excellent location.

The house is gorgeous. Spacious and impressive but warm and comfortable at the same time. Kitchen was especially well equipped. Location very central but quiet with lovely ocean breezes.

Carpet was dirty, especially on the stairs. Needs a professional clean or replacement. A couple of maintenance issues: wall-mounted microwave was loose, which seemed a bit dangerous. Clothes washer worked well but needed cleaning.
