This small flat in Zadar was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom was a decent size with plenty of storage, and there was also a small living room with a futon-style couch, a compact kitchen, a small refrigerator, and a washing machine.
We really enjoyed having the little patio. It is very small, but it was still nice to sit outside and listen to the great Croatian music coming from the restaurant downstairs. The apartment is on the second floor, so you do need to be comfortable walking up two flights of stairs.
The location was fantastic! There are so many amazing beaches in and around this area, and the city centre is wonderful to explore on foot, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and beautiful streets to wander through.
The only downsides were the lack of included parking and the uncomfortable bed and pillows. If the bed were updated, I would easily give this apartment five stars. There are parking lots just outside the city walls. The closest are about a 5–6 minute walk away, but they are quite expensive and generally have a three-hour limit unless you figure out the parking website. There is another lot about 10 minutes away that is very inexpensive, although it can be extremely difficult to find a space during certain hours.
Overall, we really enjoyed the location and the apartment and would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to be close to Zadar’s beautiful old town, beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

A szállás fantasztikus volt, az egyik legjobb ahol valaha voltunk. Gyönyörű új, modern, tiszta, kiváló a lokáció, nagyon csendes, a légkondi nagyon jól lehűti az apartmant. Kaptunk ajándék bort, vizet, kávét, teát, narancslevet, nagyon figyelmes a házigazda. Annak ellenére, hogy az óvárosban van, semmi nem szűrődött ebből be a lakásba, nagyon jót aludtunk. Az ágy elképesztően kényelmes volt nekünk, egyszerűen imádtunk itt lenni.
