Location is great within old town, yet, the entrance of the properties is aged. The size of accomodation is pretty large. Responsive staff to support via email communication. Overall, the experience is good.

The apartment was very fresh, clean and nice to live in.Big problems with WiFi when I arrived.. where it turned out that the AIM card was incorrectly inserted into the router. Very nice contact with Ela who did her best to help. A little hard bed for my back and a little too thin "blanket", but I didn't ask for anything else so I have to blame myself there :)Everything else has flowed nicely and the contact I have had with the landlord has been quick, nice and very helpful.I highly recommend this apartment and landlord.

This apartment is perfectly located in the old town but is not noisy as it's accessed through a private door to a courtyard and up one flight of stairs. The apartment is really well equipped and has lovely furnishings.
We had a slight issue with water supply which was handled really well by the owner and did not take away from our enjoyment. We would highly recommend staying here
It is so central to all and we loved our stay.

The entrance / hall of the building was horrible, nasty dirty old . everything broken dangerous even the Windows along the stairs … the owners of the upper floor have shouted all day long disturbing our sleep . Unbearable. Bye
