The staff was very helpful. Room was decent.
There is a problem with Oyo and Booking.com. I booked two rooms in Booking.com and it showed that I can pay after I reach the hotel. The hotel is under the chain of Oyo. When I reached there, the staff informed me that there was no such booking done under my name. But I called them the day before arriving at the hotel and confirmed my booking. I reported to Oyo customer care, they tried to help, but the new hotels were 5 kms away from the current location. Then the staff helped by calling all the people who booked and confirmed their arrival, he was able to provide us with 2 rooms after few hours. It ruined my mood for the entirety of the trip. I do not know who was the reason behind this. It could be a scam done by either Booking.com or Oyo or the Hotel. I wish they clearly mention that it is Pre-Paid. Rooms could have been more cleaner and things were broken or un-finished. Ventilation was so poor, rooms smelled bad after few hours of spraying room freshener. AC was okay.
