Mi estadía en re:center superó todas mis expectativas. El enfoque que tienen en el bienestar real y en la regulación del sistema nervioso hace que no sea un simple retiro ni unas vacaciones más, sino un espacio para desconectar de verdad y recargar energías.
La combinación del entorno natural, staff muy amable, buena comida y calidez del equipo crea una atmósfera súper cuidada. Me fui sintiéndome renovado/a, en calma y con herramientas reales para el día a día. Totalmente recomendado, ojalá algún día pueda volver. Además, me encantó la ubicación, entre Santa Teresa (más movida) y la Playa Manzanillo con su reserva un poco más allá. El límite ideal para mí.

Extremely « hic et nunc » (here and now), very open, simple, easy, yet well held and managed. The team is great, completely part of the experience. I have met pretty much all the the other residents over the four days of my because the space created by re:center is a very natural facilitator or genuinely simple and spontaneous conversations. Great activities (yoga, deep breathing, work out, sauna, cold bath, and sort of funky red light masks and friends!

Wat is er niet geweldig aan deze plek! We vonden alles fijn, tot aan de allerkleinste details in de kamers, heerlijke bedden, badkamer in de jungle, gezonde eten, geweldige gym en ijsbad. Maar vooral het team was fantastisch, zo vriendelijk en de sfeer was heel gezellig! Als je meer zoekt dan alleen een plek om te slapen, maar wil werken weken aan je gezondheid, tot rust wil komen en like minded mensen wil ontmoeten dan is dit DE plek!!!

The staff was very nice and the facilities have a modern design.
They promote the place as a center for recovery and re-balance, and raise the expectations by sending you a series of pre-arrival messages with all the options for healthy food and various therapies. Yet, very few were available during my stay, couldn't even get a smoothie. I could get an omlette the first day, but no drinks attaches nor bread or anything, yet they charged full price. The second day there was nothing available although I've booked in advance. The rooms are clean, yet very very small. If you don't have the whole cabin option, all the single rooms capture the noise of the snooring neighbor. They add a foam on top of the matress which doesn't work well with the heat and 80% hunidity. My room also smelled like mold from humidity. You have to pay to use the gym, which is unsual for hotels. I said fine as it comes with sauna and cold plunges, but those are only opened between 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. when the neighbors from the area come in as well (is a very small place) and you might wanna go out for dinner (is quite a drive to the nearest resto). I didn't enter the cold plunge as I found the water quite dirty. The location is very noisy due to all the construction happening around. Overall, a big dissapointment. Feeling ripped off for something that felt like a hostel with a gym.
