There's a lockbox and I recieved very clear instructions how to access it and the room by video. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. especially for the price. The communal areas like kitchen and bathroom kept very clean,. A good, affordable,safe and convenient Communication was immediate and clear.Very close to train station so also really good for late arrival/ early morning departure for Lisbon
It could have been cleaner in the room .I had asked if they had cotton sheets and was told that would be fine, but when I got there they hadn't received the message from booking.com about that so that was disappointing as can't sleep so well on synthetic sheets.

The place is great location near to the train station and with inexpensive restaurants in that area (compared to the old town). Good layout from kitchen with its breakfast table overlooking the rear which was really cute place to have an evening beer or breakie.
It was noisy between rooms, being able to hear conversations, people moving about, or going to the toilet at night. Felt sorry for Room 4, being situated right next to the bathroom.
